* For every booking, a deposit of 50% of the total package is required to confirm the time-slot for Solemnization |Wedding packages| Event makeovers.

* Before you make payment, kindly check your event date and package price with Stephy.

* Normally our dates are booked well in advance before the wedding date. Stephy can block her calendar for your wedding date within 48 hours – after which time the date becomes available to others without a notice. Priority will be given to customers who are willing to secure the time-slot with a deposit. In any case, a time-slot will only be saved when a deposit is received.

* Deposit could be made through online banking, bank transfer, paylah or paynow.

* Once you have make payment, please inform and send the bank transaction slip to +6591772520 via whatsapp or instant messaging

* A confirmation receipt will be given to you in person or email after a bridal trial session

* The remaining balance of 50% will be payable upon completion on the actual day/Solemnization itself, either to be paid in cash or through Paylah/Paynow App.

* Any cancellation of booking shall the deposits be non-refundable and non-transferable

* Deposit is not allowed to be exchanged for other services due to any cancellation

* Kindly return the hair accessory within 3 days after event via registered mail. Normal mail is not encouraged as it may damage the accessories.

*If makeup and hair service are to be rendered in Sentosa Island, please provide complimentary entry ticket into Sentosa Island and if services are to be taking place in any hotels, please provide complimentary parking car.

*For any loss of the Bridal/Qun Kua hairpieces will be charged at SGD$200 per set, as it is an initial free rental accessories for its intended date, for any reason. We hope to seek your understanding.

* Packages are to be utilized within the same day and not split days into the events on different dates

* All services rendered will be non-refundable

Extended Terms and Conditions prior to Covid-19 

1.  If your wedding is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances resulting from the pandemic, there will be no refund for the initial deposit made. The purpose of the deposit is to secure the date of your wedding. Please refer to: https://stephyngmakeup.com/terms

2. For the deposit that has been made, the balance amount can be used as credits for other events with “1 year” validity from the Actual Wedding Date. As example, the amount that is deposited to be used as credits for other services such as creating an outdoor pre-wedding makeup or makeup for studio photoshoot. Either way you can transfer to your friend/bride to be if your wedding is cancelled.

3. If the postponement of the actual wedding date is brought forward to 2023, the balance to be top up will be based on the new price rate of the said year.
